Overview

This page helps you understand how to setup loan settings. These include the below:

  • Updating  General Information
  • Adding a Lead Manager
  • Adding a Trustee

The below step-by-step instructions describe the process.


Updating General Information

1. On the Side Panel of the Finvisage application, click Settings. 

The Settings menu is expanded.

2. On the expanded Settings menuclick Loan Settings.

The Loan Setting page is displayed. 


3. On the Loan Settings  page, click the General tab if it is not already opened by default. 


The General  page is displayed with commercial paper, market linked debentures, compulsory convertible debenture, and non convertible debenture sections.


4. On the General tab, click the Menu icon at the right bottom of the page to view the Edit button, and then click it.


The Edit page is displayed.


5. On the Edit page, make the desired changes, and then click the Update button at the bottom.


The Loan Settings was successfully updated message is displayed.  


Adding a New Lead Manager


1. On the Side Panel of the Finvisage application, click Settings. 

The Settings menu is expanded.

2. On the expanded Settings menuclick Loan Settings.

The Loan Setting page is displayed. 


3. On the Loan Settings  page, click the Lead Manager tab. 


The Lead Manager page is displayed.


4. On the Lead Manager page, click the Menu icon at the right bottom of the page to view the Add button, and then click it.



The Lead Manager New page is displayed.


4. On the Lead Manager New page:


A. Enter the Name, Email ID, Registration Number, Telephone Number, Grievance Email, and Other Info of Lead Manager.


Note: Except the Other Info field, all the others are mandatory.


B. Enter the Address of Lead Manager.


Note: All the address fields are mandatory.


5. Click the Create button.

The Lead Manager was successfully created message is displayed.


Updating a Lead Manager


If required you can edit the details of a lead manager. The following step-by-step instructions describe the process:

1. On the Lead Manager page, click the Edit icon corresponding to the lead manager whose details, you wish to update. See the image below.


The Edit page is displayed.


2.  On the Edit page, make the desired changes, and then click the Update button at the bottom.


The Lead Manager was successfully updated message is displayed.


Adding a New Trustee

1. On the Side Panel of the Finvisage application, click Settings. 

The Settings menu is expanded.

2. On the expanded Settings menuclick Loan Settings.

The Loan Setting page is displayed. 


3. On the Loan Settings  page, click the Trustee tab. 


The Trustee page is displayed.


4. On the Trustee page, click the Menu icon at the right bottom of the page to view the Add button, and then click it.



The Trustee New page is displayed.


4. On the Trustee New page:


A. Enter the Name, Email ID, Registration Number, Telephone Number, Grievance Email, and Other Info of  the Trustee.


Note: Except the Other Info field, all the other are mandatory.


B. Enter the Address of Trustee.


Note: All the address fields are mandatory.


5. Click the Create button.


The Trustee was successfully created message is displayed.


Updating a Trustee

If required you can edit the details of a trustee. The following step-by-step instructions describe the process.


1. On the Trustee page, click the Edit icon corresponding to the trustee whose details, you wish to update. See the image below.


The Edit page is displayed.


2.  On the Edit page, make the desired changes, and then click the Update button at the bottom.


The Trustee was successfully updated message is displayed.



Adding a New Registrar

1. On the Side Panel of the Finvisage application, click Settings. 

The Settings menu is expanded.

2. On the expanded Settings menuclick Loan Settings.

The Loan Setting page is displayed. 


3. On the Loan Settings  page, click the Registrar tab. 


The Registrar  page is displayed.


4. On the Registrar page, click the Menu icon at the right bottom of the page to view the Add button, and then click it.



The Registrar New page is displayed.


4. On the Registrar New page:


A. Enter the Name, Email ID, Registration Number, Telephone Number, Grievance Email, and Other Info of  Registrar.


Note: Except the Other Info field, all the other are mandatory.


B. Enter the Address of Registrar .


Note: All the address fields are mandatory.


5. Click the Create button.


The Registrar  was successfully created message is displayed.


Updating a Registrar

If required you can edit the details of a registrar. The following step-by-step instructions describe the process.


1. On the Registrar page, click the Edit icon corresponding to the Registrar whose details, you wish to update. See the image below.


The Edit page is displayed.


2.  On the Edit page, make the desired changes, and then click the Update button at the bottom.


The Registrar was successfully updated message is displayed.


Adding a New Depository

1. On the Side Panel of the Finvisage application, click Settings. 

The Settings menu is expanded.

2. On the expanded Settings menuclick Loan Settings.

The Loan Setting page is displayed. 


3. On the Loan Settings  page, click the Depository tab. 


The Depository page is displayed.


4. On the Depository page, click the Menu icon at the right bottom of the page to view the Add button, and then click it.



The Depository New page is displayed.


4. On the Depository New page, enter the Name of depositoryand Short Code.


5. Click the Create button.


The Depository was successfully created message is displayed.


Updating a Depository


If required you can edit the details of an IPA a depository. The following step-by-step instructions describe the process.


1. On the Depository page, click the Edit icon corresponding to the depository whose details, you wish to update. See the image below.


The Edit page is displayed.


2.  On the Edit page, make the desired changes, and then click the Update button at the bottom.


The Depository was successfully updated message is displayed.



Adding an IPA

1. On the Side Panel of the Finvisage application, click Settings. 

The Settings menu is expanded.

2. On the expanded Settings menuclick Loan Settings.

The Loan Setting page is displayed. 


3. On the Loan Settings  page, click the IPA tab. 


The IPA page is displayed.


4. On the IPA page, click the Menu icon at the right bottom of the page to view the Add button, and then click it.



The IPA New page is displayed.


4. On the IPA New page, enter the Name of IPAand Description.


Note: Entering Name is mandatory.


5. Click the Create button.


The IPA was successfully created message is displayed.



Updating an IPA


If required you can edit the details of an IPA. The following step-by-step instructions describe the process.


1. On the IPA page, click the Edit icon corresponding to the IPA whose details, you wish to update. See the image below.


The Edit page is displayed.


2.  On the Edit page, make the desired changes, and then click the Update button at the bottom.


The IPA was successfully updated message is displayed.



Adding a Reference Asset

1. On the Side Panel of the Finvisage application, click Settings. 

The Settings menu is expanded.

2. On the expanded Settings menuclick Loan Settings.

The Loan Setting page is displayed. 


3. On the Loan Settings  page, click the Reference Asset tab. 


The Reference Asset page is displayed.


4. On the Reference Asset page, click the Menu icon at the right bottom of the page to view the Add button, and then click it.



The Reference Asset New page is displayed.


4. On the Reference Asset New page, enter the Reference Asset Name, Short Code, and Description.


Note: Reference Asset Name, Short Code, and Description are all mandatory fields.


5. Click the Create button.

The Reference Asset was successfully created message is displayed.


Updating a Reference Asset


If required you can edit the details of a reference asset. The following step-by-step instructions describe the process.


1. On the Reference Asset  page, click the Edit icon corresponding to the Reference Asset whose details, you wish to update. See the image below.


The Edit page is displayed.


2.  On the Edit page, make the desired changes, and then click the Update button at the bottom.


The Reference Asset  was successfully updated message is displayed.



Adding a Valuation 


1. On the Reference Asset  page, click the Manage Valuations icon corresponding to the Reference Asset whose valuation you wish to edit. See the icon below.


2. On the next page, click the New Valuation button at the bottom.



The New Valuation screen is displayed on the right.


3. On the New Valuation screen,  enter valuation date, amount, and then click the Submit button at the bottom.


The Valuation successfully added message is displayed.


Updating a Valuation 


If required you can edit the details of a valuation. The following step-by-step instructions describe the process.


1. On the Reference Asset  page, click the Manage Valuations icon corresponding to the Reference Asset whose valuation you wish to edit. See the icon below.


2.  On the next page, click the Edit icon.


The Edit Valuation screen is displayed.


3. On the Edit Valuation screen, make the desired changes, and then click the Submit button. See the image below.


The Valuation successfully updated message is displayed.


Adding a Stock Exchange

1. On the Side Panel of the Finvisage application, click Settings. 

The Settings menu is expanded.

2. On the expanded Settings menuclick Loan Settings.

The Loan Setting page is displayed. 


3. On the Loan Settings  page, click the Stock Exchange tab. 


The Stock Exchange page is displayed.


4. On the Stock Exchange page, click the Menu icon at the right bottom of the page to view the Add button, and then click it.



The Stock Exchange New page is displayed.


4. On the Stock Exchange New page, enter the Stock Exchange Name, Short Code, and Other Info.


Note: Name, and Short Code are mandatory fields.


5. Click the Create button.


The Stock Exchange was successfully created message is displayed.


Updating a Stock Exchange


If required you can edit the details of a stock exchange. The following step-by-step instructions describe the process.


1. On the Stock Exchange page, click the Edit icon corresponding to the Stock Exchange whose details, you wish to update. See the image below.


The Edit page is displayed.


2.  On the Edit page, make the desired changes, and then click the Update button at the bottom.


The Stock Exchange was successfully updated message is displayed.
