Overview

This page helps you understand how to view the details of a covenant related to market linked debentures in the Finvisage application. In addition, you can get information on how to update and delete a covenant.

Viewing Details of a Covenant 

1. On the Side Panel of Finvisage application, click Liability. 

The Liability menu is expanded.

2. On the expanded Liability menu, click Market Linked Debenture.

The Market Linked Debenture page is displayed.

3. On the Market Linked Debenture page, click the External ID of the market linked debenture to which you wish to add a covenant.

The Market Linked tab is displayed with the Variations panel.

4. In the Variations panel, click the External ID of the variation whose covenant details you wish to view.

The Variation page is displayed.

5. On the Variation page, click the Covenant tab.

The Covenants tab is displayed with all the covenants.

6. On the Covenants tab, click the View icon of the covenant whose details you wish to view.

The covenant details and revisions are displayed.

Updating a Covenant

1. Follow the steps from 1 to 5 mentioned in Viewing the details of a Covenant section above. 

2. On the Covenants tab, click the Edit icon of the covenant, which you wish to edit.

The Covenant screen is displayed.

3. On the Covenants screen, make the desired changes, and then click the Update button at the bottom.

The Covenant was successfully updated message is displayed.

Deleting a Covenant 

1. Follow the steps from 1 to 5 mentioned in Viewing the details of a Covenant section above. 

2. On the Covenants tab, click the Delete icon of the covenant, which you wish to delete.

The Choose Option message box is displayed.

3. On the Choose Option message box:

A.  If you wish to delete only this covenant, click the Delete this covenant button.

B . If you wish to delete all the covenant, click the Delete all covenants button.

Note: Even after deleting the covenant, the revisions won't be deleted from the system.

The Are you Sure message box is displayed.

C . On the Are you Sure message box , click the OK button. 

The Covenant was successfully deleted message is displayed and the covenant is removed from the Covenants tab.
