Overview

This page helps you understand how to configure approval levels. In the Finvisage application, there are five approval levels, which include Maker, Checker, Verifier, Approver, and Authorizer. Depending on the requirement, you can configure any level between 1 to 5. Once a level is configured, it will be applied to all the users throughout the workplace.  

The below step-by-step instructions describe the process. 

Configuring Approval Levels

1. On the Side Panel of the Finvisage application, click Settings.

The Settings menu is displayed. 

2. On the Settings menu, click System Settings.

The System Setting page is displayed.

3. On the  System Setting page, click the Edit button. See the image below:

The Edit Levels screen is displayed.

4. On the Edit Levels screen:

A. From the Number of Levels drop-down box, select the required approval level.

B. Click the Submit button. See the example image below:

The selected level is applied throughout the workplace for all the users.
