Overview

This page  helps you understand how to add a buyback. As part of this, you need to specify the ISIN, Maturity date, Buyback Price and Buyback Price per CP in the Buyback page. Upon saving, the buyback will be added to the commercial paper.

The below step-by-step instructions describe the process.

Adding a Buyback

1. On the Side Panel of Finvisage application, click Liabilities, and then click  Commercial Paper from the drop-down menu.

The Commercial Paper page is displayed.

2. On the Commercial Paper page, click Buybacks. 

The Buybacks page is displayed. 

3. On the Buybacks page, click the Menu button at the right bottom, and then click Add.

The New page is displayed.  

4. In the New page, enter ISIN, Maturity Date, Buyback Date, and Buyback Price per CP, and then click the Save button.

Note: Fields marked with asterisk are mandatory.

The buyback is added.
