Overview

A drawdown refers to the accessing of credit funds gradually. In the Finvisage application, you can add ad-hoc call schedules to a drawdown. 


The following step-by-step instructions describe the process.


Adding an Ad-hoc Schedule to Drawdown 


1. On the Side Panel of the Finvisage application, click Liabilities, and then click  Loan Facility from the drop-down menu.


The Loan Facility page is displayed.


2. On the  Loan Facility page, click the Reference ID corresponding to the required loan facility.


3. On the Loan Facility page, in the Drawdown section, click the External ID. See the image below.


The Drawdown page is displayed.


4. On the Drawdown page, click the Call Schedules tab.


The Call Schedules tab is open.


5. On the Call Schedules tab, click the Menu button, and then click Add Ad-Hoc Schedule from the drop-down menu.


 The New Call Schedule screen is displayed.


6. In the New Call Schedule screen, specify the Call Date, and then click the Submit button. 


 The Call Schedule is created. See the image below:
