Overview

A drawdown refers to the accessing of credit funds gradually. In the Finvisage application, along with adding an ad-hoc call schedule to a drawdown, you can also update it if required. As part of updating, you can change the call date.  


The following step-by-step instructions describe the process.


Updating an Ad-hoc Schedule to Drawdown 


1. On the Side Panel of the Finvisage application, click Liabilities, and then click  Loan Facility from the drop-down menu.


The Loan Facility page is displayed.


2. On the  Loan Facility page, click the Reference ID corresponding to the required loan facility.


3. on the Loan Facility page, in the Drawdown section, click the External ID. See the image below.


The Drawdown page is displayed.


4. On the Drawdown page, click the Call Schedules tab.


The Call Schedules tab is open.


5. Next, on the Call Schedules tab, click the Edit button corresponding to the required call schedule. See the image below.


The Edit Call Schedule screen is displayed.


6. On the Edit Call Schedule screen, change the call date as required, and then click the Submit button. 


The call schedule is updated.
