This page helps you understand how to add an ad-hoc call schedule to an External Commercial Borrowing (ECB)As part of adding, you need to specify the call date in the New Call Schedule screen. Upon submitting, the ad-hoc call schedule is added.   


The below step-by-step instructions describe the complete process of adding an ad-hoc  call schedule to an External Commercial Borrowing (ECB). 


Adding an Ad-hoc Call Schedule to an External Commercial Borrowing (ECB) 


1. On the Side Panel of Finvisage application, click Liability.

The menu is expanded.


2. On the expanded menu, click External Commercial Borrowing

The ECB page is displayed on the right pane. 


3. On the ECB page, click the ROC Number of the required external borrowing.


 

The Drawdown section is displayed.


3. In the Drawdown section, click the External ID.



The ECB page is displayed with Call Schedule tab.


4. On the ECB page, click the Call Schedules tab.



The Call Schedule section is displayed.  


5. On the Call Schedule section:


A. Click the Menu button.


The drop-down menu is displayed.


B. On the drop-down menu, click Add Ad-hoc Schedule.



The New Call Schedule screen is displayed.


5. On the New Call Schedule screen:


A. From the Call Date  drop-down box, select the Call Date.


Note: The call date must be less than or equal to the drawdown's End Date - 1 day.


B. Click the Submit button.


The ad-hoc call schedule is added.
